I am looking at using a ClearPath servo in a upcoming development project and I would like to use a KFLOP for the motion control. I would be using the ClearPath MCPV or MCVC models in torque mode. Is possible for the KFLOP to generate a PWM output between 20 Hz to 30 kHz for a closed loop servo system? I know its not in the options yet. It might be a good option to have in the future for others wishing to use the ClearPath servos with an outside feedback device.
The system I am working on needs to be a closed loop system with an analog pressure transducer as the feedback device. Single axis in this case.
PWM input frequency range: 20 Hz to 30 kHz.
Electrical I/O:
Logic Input Voltage Range: 4.0VDC to 28VDC
Input Current @ 5V: 7.5mA (min.)
Input Current @ 28V: 12.0mA (min.)
High Level FeedBack:
HLFB Absolute Maximum Voltage 30VDC (across output terminals)
HLFB Output Current, Maximum: 9mA (non-inductive load)
HLFB Output voltage drop @ 2mA: 0.30VDC (+/- 100mV)
HLFB Output voltage drop @ 5mA: 0.55VDC (+/- 100mV)
